Manufacturing process

How an order runs

Specification review

You send artwork, measurements and fabric requirements. We confirm what is buildable and quote by quantity.

Sample development

A pre-production sample is built in 7–10 days and revised until approved. Bulk does not begin before sign-off.

Bulk production

Approved specification moves to the line, typically 2–4 weeks depending on order size and complexity.

Inspection & export

Every piece is inspected against the approved sample, then packed and prepared for export with tracking.
